Lava International has launched its latest budget phone Lava Yuva Pro in the Indian market. The 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant of the Lava Yuva Pro is priced at Rs 7,799. The smartphone comes in three different color options with a metallic design. The Lava Yuva Pro comes in Metallic Black, Metallic Blue and Metallic Gray color options. The new handset is currently being sold only through the Lava e-store in India.
The Lava Yuva Pro runs on Android 12 with a dual-SIM (Nano) slot. The display is a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS (720×1,600 pixels) with 20:9 aspect ratio and 269ppi pixel density. The display has Corning Gorilla Glass protection. There is also a water drop-style notch for the selfie camera. The processor is MediaTek Helio with 3GB of RAM. The Lava Yuva Pro sports a 13-megapixel triple rear camera unit with LED flash. The rear camera setup comes with camera modes and filters including HDR, portrait, beauty, night, GIF and time-lapse photography.
It has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor with screen flash for selfies and video calls. The phone comes with 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. Connectivity options on the Lava Yuva Pro include 4G, Bluetooth V5, FM radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, 3.5mm audio jack, GPRS, OTG, and USB Type-C port. Lava has provided a 5,000 mAh battery in the new Yuva Pro smartphone with 10W charging capability.
