Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that Russian companies will continue their work in Iraq.
Lavrov said in a press conference: We welcome the ongoing talks between Erbil and Baghdad in order to find solutions to the outstanding issues between them.
He added: Russian companies will continue their work in Iraq, and the process of finding solutions for the independence of Russian-Iraqi relations will continue in Washington and any other capital.
He continued: When I was in Iraq, I visited Erbil, and it was revealed that the two parties intended to resolve the outstanding issues, so representatives of the two governments must make concessions.
