“So far we have not seen any sign from Kiev or its masters that they are ready for a political agreement,” said the head of Russian diplomacy at a press conference in Skopje, where he participated in the 30th meeting of the Organization’s foreign ministers. for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
In early October, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed a formal decree that confirms “the impossibility of holding negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin” and binds all national citizens.
