Former mayor Jaime Jelincic Aguilar assured that there is a broad consensus that the text must be improved, there are those who consider that part of the text must be corrected and the best thing for this is to vote rejection, he added that there are also others who say they approve to improve, the debate certainly takes place along those lines. He commented that one of the things he does not like about this new text is that, whether they like it or not, some are going to have more rights than others in the same territory, which objectively would provoke a conflict of clashing views on a development model in the same territory. .
The lawyer Rodrigo Henríquez Narváez affirmed that he is struck by how there are people who have let their imaginations fly with respect to a text, even when the civil code in its article 19 tells us clearly that the words of the law will be understood according to the natural meaning and obvious of these words and according to their general use and to whom the interpretation of the law corresponds is to the judge. Understood that, everything we say that could eventually happen we would be talking about assumptions that unfortunately we do not have where to get or reference what it could be.
