Lawyer Guillermo Olivera decided to renounce the legal defense of former coup leader Pedro Castillo, by denouncing the “interference” of former Labor Minister Iber Maraví.

Olivera defended Castillo in the processes that are followed for the alleged crimes of corruption, organized crime, rebellion and conspiracy.

Through his social networks, the lawyer pointed out that the current tenant of the Barbadillo prison (Ate) he no longer answers his calls, at the same time that he accused of Amazing and “a certain environment that visits him” to separate him from the side of the former head of state.

In addition, in dialogue with the newspaper El Comercio, Guillermo Olivera said that he has sent three notes to Castillo’s relatives asking them to tell him to find another lawyer.

“My separation is due to the intruder Iber Maraví who yesterday (Thursday) called me in a bad way to reprimand me for the huge interview that El Comercio published about my questions about the procedural conduct of Anibal Torres Vasquez”, pointed out the lawyer.

Olivera had described Torres as a “surrender” for allowing the former head of state to sign the arrest warrant the day the constitutional order broke.
