The lawyers decided this Saturday that Enrique Berni and Gerardo Bobadilla will represent the union before the Judicial Council (CM). With 100% of the 170 tables already processed, Berni obtained almost 8,000 votes for representation.

Among the three candidates to represent lawyers before the Council of the Judiciary, Enrique Berni and Gerardo Bobadilla were chosen for that position, thus leaving Óscar Paciello out. Berni obtained a total of 7,978 votes, while Bobadilla obtained 7,852.
“We are very happy because this was a marathon campaign. We are a group that wants to do things well; we have no bad intention. We started this campaign approximately four months ago against two large structures that have been working for more than 4-5 years and these people showed that the union is tired of certain things,” Berni said after his election.
Likewise, the lawyer assured that “on his part there are no bad relations” with Gerardo Bobadilla’s team, although he said that “it seems that from them there is towards us.”
The professional also assured that “he is going to represent all the people” and that “he is going to improve things” as a representative of lawyers before the Judicial Council.

Bobadilla: “We work to win”
For his part, Gerardo Bobadilla extended his thanks to his list “It’s our time” although he confirmed that he is “a little sad” because they were looking to be the first chosen.
“Just thank all that great team and tell them that we are going to honor the trust placed in me accordingly; “We are going to continue working to honor that trust,” he told ABC TV, later apologizing because “he was not feeling well.”
Bobadilla is very close to Jorge Bogarín Alfonso, who was declared by the United States as “significantly corrupt” and as can be seen in the video, he also received several cheers.
In these elections there were a total of 20,317 votes between the three candidates and the participation of lawyers to elect their representatives before the CM reached 53.70%.
