According to France Info, the first salvo of testimonies from former employees reports a repetition of inappropriate behavior (untimely calls, “indecent” proposal, “boorish” and “insistent” attitude). On the other hand, nothing seems to fall under the law and require the activation of article 40 (reporting to the prosecution). The conclusions must be made mid-February at the latest.
