“Leaders by force. Stories of leadership that cross deserts”, the presentation of the book by Antonio Funiciello on 12 June

L’International corporate communication hub presents the new book ‘Leaders by force. Stories of leadership crossing deserts’ by Antonio Funiciello, published by Rizzoli, next Monday 12 June at 6 pm at Palazzo Wedekind located in Piazza Colonna, 366 in Rome. Following the address greetings by the general secretary of Icch Pierangelo Fabiano, the following will intervene, in addition to the author: Giovanbattista Fazzolari, undersecretary of state to the Presidency of the Council, Fabio Tamburini, director, Il Sole 24 Ore.

The meeting, which arises from the analysis of the leadership theme by Antonio Funiciello, will be the occasion for an authoritative debate between leading figures with years of institutional and managerial experience behind them, who have chosen to dedicate their lives to the highest mission of serving the state and guaranteeing the well-being of the country.

From the comparison between the different figures in the book forged and emerged from the political struggle, it is possible to recognize what the true strength of good leadership is – the disposition to want to learn how to become a leader, fidelity to a cause, the ability to delegate against any narcissistic centralization, the ability to plan without relying on one’s intuitions, knowing how to play on the bank, respect for opponents, dissidence as a spark of transformative action.
