At the theater, Júlio congratulates his daughter on her performance in the café. Irene, Lúcia and Rosário despise Aurora and the argument continues. Irene drives Lúcia and Aurora and Júlio go abroad. Rosário still hesitates, but decides to follow them.
At the back of the theater, Rosário calls out to Aurora and, when she turns around, he smears her with mayonnaise and warns her not to speak badly of Lúcia again. The actor is in trouble and the extras and technicians film what happened.
At the warehouse, the gambler pays Ângelo’s share and leaves. As he leaves, the neighborhood leader’s police friend appears and tells him that they need to get the gambler out of the way, as he is trying to take his place and then they will both make a profit. The agent nods.
