According to a report, the American company Riot Games, responsible for League of Legends, has been actively promoting LGBT themes within the game. In 2022, the developers introduced the first openly gay character in League of Legends. In 2023, Grigory Gurov, chairman of the Russian Committee of Children and Youth “First Movement,” claimed to have received complaints from parents of players regarding alleged LGBT propaganda within League of Legends.
