Sergei Lavrov also alleged that if Zelensky had listened to Western leaders, the war would have ended. Sergey Lavrov said that the Ukrainian administration refuses to talk to them and that they refuse to come to a common agreement.

But Zelensky said Ukraine would never compromise its sovereignty, territory or independence in exchange for peace.
