A practically obligatory formation for Cremonese, having many absences between the Africa Cup of Nations, suspensions and injuries. Stroppa chooses Saro to replace the injured Jungdal, with Johnsen immediately starting in front in place of the suspended Vazquez. Some additions from the winter market such as Listkowski, Salcedo and Lamanna are already starters in Lecco. In defense the former Grigiored Guglielmotti replaces Lepore (who goes to the bench). Inglese, Novakovich and another ex: Vittorio Parigini are also ready to have their say about him during the ongoing competition.

FIRST HALF
1′ – The match at the Rigamonti-Ceppi Stadium begins.
2‘ – I start with the thrill of a strong headbutt from Frigerio to the Cremonese bench, after a clash with Zanimacchia. The medical staff got busy immediately, luckily everything is ok.
10‘ – Lecco almost didn’t find the advantage following a glaring error by Zanimacchia in the back pass: fortunately Salcedo did poorly in his service to his teammates, Bianchetti closed.
13‘ – Sensational error by Lochoshvili in possession, Lecco restarts only in front of Saro and the Georgian is forced to foul. Zufferli, fortunately, only extracts yellow. Bianchetti was slightly shorter, which is why the expulsion was not decided.

9′ – GOAL FROM CREMONESE, 0-1! Strong and central penalty for Massimo Coda who makes no mistake and beats Lamanna! Party in the Away Sector, the grey-reds thus unlock a very complicated match. 11th goal of the season for Coda, the second from a penalty.
