Group DJ DOC’s Lee Ha-neul shared his current status after rumors of a discord with the members.
On the 26th, the life of rapper Lee Ha-neul, who has entered menopause, was revealed in a documentary format on the YouTube channel ‘Lee Ha-neul’s Yesshen Show’.
Lee Ha-neul said, “I cook food at home and watch dramas. “When I have time and want to go outside, I go fishing,” he said. “But I haven’t been able to go for about four months.” I can’t raise my arm because of frozen shoulder. “When I lift my arm, it hurts and I cry,” he confessed.
He continued, “A lot of difficult things happen in life. I was somewhat confident in my health, but suddenly this happened. “As you turn 40 to 50, you start to see signs in your body, not in your mood,” he said.
Lee Ha-neul said that she had stent surgery last year due to presbyopia and poor heart condition. “They said that if I didn’t do that, I could collapse at any moment and suddenly leave. He felt my life was coming to an end. “Because her whole body is not feeling well,” she said, upset.
Regarding ‘school violence’, which has recently been controversial in the entertainment industry, Lee Ha-neul said, “I have no controversy over school violence. So, I lived until now. Lee Ha-neul is preparing her first solo album 31 years after her debut. He said, “You may not believe it, but actually, I am a person who thinks the team is very important. “If I had been a solo artist back then, I wouldn’t have been able to work as DJ DOC for 30 years,” he said.
He added, “I don’t have a good relationship (with the members). It’s not that we don’t have a good relationship, but that we haven’t resolved it yet. It doesn’t fit. The circumstances are not right for reconciliation. “Everyone thinks differently,” he said.
Lee Ha-neul also said, “There is a part where we can say, ‘I’m sorry about this, bro,’ but that part cannot be resolved. If it had been a team, a solo album wouldn’t have been released. “I have held back a lot of what I wanted to do,” he said. “I have to make this music, but shouldn’t there be a part for Changyeol and a chorus? “This is a collaboration with someone other than Jaeyong and Changyeol,” he said, predicting that he would stand alone.
When asked, ‘Have you performed recently?’ Lee Ha-neul said, “It was very difficult during the coronavirus pandemic. I was really sweating. I wondered if it was okay like this. “There are fixed expenses per month, but the company closes, we can’t perform, there are no events, and there is no profit,” he answered.
He said, “Hasn’t employee salaries and especially loan interest rates increased significantly? It is twice as old as before. There is a loan on the land, and the amount that was supposed to be 4.5 million won ended up being 9 million won. “Anyway, I need to make 20 million won a month to make a living,” he said.
At the same time, “There is no such thing as pride because people have to live. Even if I only get 1/3 of what I used to get, I still say ‘I’ll do it’. Let’s hold on for now. No need for pride. “I don’t know how I survived for 2-3 years like that,” he added.
