Upon their return from London, Jesse Marsch’s men had the scare of their lives. The whole team had to be evacuated from their plane after smelling “burnt rubber”.

In addition to their defeat against Crystal Palace this Sunday (2-1), Leeds almost had a nightmarish day. Back home, the Peacocks had to be rushed out of their plane after smelling “burnt rubber”.

As pointed out by Daily Mail Jesse Marsch’s men landed at Leeds-Bradford airport, 270 km from London and directly smelled a disturbing odor. The disaster was not far away but buses quickly arrived to allow players and staff members to quickly get out of the aircraft and be safe. The club has confirmed that everyone involved is safe and sound.
