Legal action against Mammootty for cheating; Badusha with warning
Producer NM has accused Mammootty and Lal Media of cheating. Badusha. Badusha said he had been aware of scams like auditions, workshops and producer canvassing in the name of Mammootty and Lal Media Lal and Lal Jr. in Doha, Qatar for about a year, but there was no such project.
The day before yesterday, Lal Media had said on social media that it was going ahead with legal action against the scam and that they were not responsible for any money laundering. “Therefore, no one should fall for such a scam,” Badusha said in a Facebook post.
Mammootty’s upcoming movie is Roshaka. Roshak is directed by Nizam Basheer, who is directed by Kettol My Angel. The film is scripted by Sameer Abdul, who has written films like Adventures of Omanakuttan and Iblis. Roshak’s shooting took place in and around Kochi. The film stars Grace Antony, Sharafuddin, Jagadish, Kottayam Nazir and Bindu Panicker in other roles.
Another movie that is awaited by the audience is ‘Nan Pakal Neratu Mayakkam’ directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. Shooting has been completed but a release date has not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, Badusha shared a picture of herself with Shane Nigam, Shine Tom Chacko and Priyadarshan yesterday. The audience had raised doubts as to whether this was a sign of Priyadarshan’s next film.
