Legislative in the Hauts-de-Seine: who are the RN and Reconquest candidates?

by time news

Everyone in their own lane. In the absence of an agreement for the legislative elections on June 12 and 19, the National Rally (RN) and Reconquête have each decided to invest candidates. For Marine Le Pen’s party, there will be 577 candidates, or as many French constituencies. And for the political formation of Éric Zemmour, the total number is not yet known, but it should be a little lower.

In Hauts-de-Seine, where the RN won 8.4% of the vote in the first round of the presidential election on April 10, the candidates for the 13 constituencies are already known. Among them, we note in particular the presence of Marie-Caroline Le Pen – the older sister of Marine and regional councilor elected in the department last June – on the very emblematic 6th district (Neuilly, Puteaux, Courbevoie sud).

A former police officer in the 13th

There is also Christophe Versini, departmental delegate of the party, candidate for the 7th district (Rueil-Malmaison, Saint-Cloud). Or Patrick Yvars, former senior police officer and honorary divisional commissioner, who is a candidate in the 13th district (Antony, Sceaux, Bourg-la-Reine, Châtenay-Malabry).

Also candidates: Mariam Camara (1st constituency), Philippe Millot (2nd), Agnès Lafitte (3rd), Mélina Bravo (4th), Liliane Pradier (5th), Serena Habib (8th), Nathalie Gaudé (9th), Hadrien Petit ( 10th), Juliette Châtelain (11th) and Marc Thomas (12th).

For Reconquête, which obtained 8.10% of the vote on April 10 in the department, the candidates invested are for the moment: Marie-Laure Décaillet (1st district), Frédérique Faure (2nd), Cécile Derieux (3rd), Alexandre Rousset (5th), Franck Keller (6th), Agnès Dumont (7th), Olivier Guillard-Bentejac (8th), Guillaume Bessières (9th), Florence Delétang (11th), Florent Noblet (12th) and Thibault Simonin (13th).

Note that the voting system for the legislative elections allows very few triangular votes in the second round. To be maintained, the candidates must obtain 12.5% of the registered voters, or 25% of the votes with a 50% participation. Or be in the top two.
