Great news from Lena Meckel: The actress has said “I do” to her partner David Helmut just before the birth of their first child together.
Lena Meckel began her career in front of the camera at a young age. Just in January, the actress and her partner David Helmut got engaged, and a few months later, they announced that they were expecting their first child together. Now, the civil ceremony took place with a small family and friends gathering at Schloss Haag near Mühldorf am Inn. Lena Meckel herself shared some insights into the wedding on Instagram, reposting a guest’s story in which she and Helmut are seen kissing passionately. “They said yes,” is also mentioned.
The curvature of her baby bump was quite noticeable through the white wedding dress, which features a deep back cut and a high slit. Regarding this, Lena Meckel told the “Bild” newspaper: “It was beautiful to experience this day almost as a trio as a little family.” She has not yet revealed when the birth of their first child is expected.
She and David Helmut are not only a team in their private life but also professionally. Among other things, they appeared side by side from 2022 to 2023 in the comedy series “Wrong – Uncensored.” Helmut is actually a director and screenwriter but also made an appearance in his own series, which was released on RTL+.
