Marital drama in Jouy-en-Josas (Yvelines). A 20-year-old young man was still in a coma on Monday evening after being hit by a car along rue du Petit-Jouy, on the night of Monday to Tuesday. Seriously injured, he was transported by the Smur to the Percy hospital in Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine). According to our information, he suffered from a head trauma.
According to the first elements of the investigation, this drama would follow a dispute of marital origin. An argument would have opposed this young man to the former spouse of his companion, Monday evening, around 11 p.m.
The suspect, also in his twenties
The ex-spouse was driving his car and the victim would have thrown himself on the hood. The motorist would have made a maneuver to avoid it, but that did not prevent him from hitting the head when he fell on the sidewalk.
The driver fled, leaving the victim on the side of the road. Aged 23, he was arrested a few hours later and placed in police custody at the Versailles police station, in charge of the investigation.
