This is the second time this season that Algerian Riyad Mahrez has missed Manchester City’s penalty.
Now Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has come with a response against this. Coach Pep Guardiola said that Mahrez will be replaced from taking penalties for the time being.

Guardiola added that Riyad’s performance has been good in the past and that Riyad has scored goals in many important matches for the team.

But he also said that since there was a situation of continuously missing the penalty, the player will be given a break in terms of giving the penalty.
