Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Party General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam has said that Mahinda Rajapaksa will be made Prime Minister again with the support of the people.
He mentioned the above during the media conference held today (20) at the Motuk party headquarters.
He further said, “If we want to make Mahinda Rajapaksa the Prime Minister, we can do it easily.
Desire for Prime Ministership
However, no such attempt has been made so far. The current Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena is cooperating with us.
We have no problem with him. Only a few people who want the post of President and Prime Minister are spreading such rumours. We will make Mahinda the Prime Minister through people’s support,” he said.
