Lately we are becoming aware through TV documentaries and publications about an alarming advance in science, both in Technology and in Biology and Medicine, fields where we can see with some astonishment that Artificial Intelligence is being investigated, as well as nanotechnology. to reproduce the human brain. The worrying thing about the issue is that we do not see a concrete interest on the part of scientists in contemplating the factors that correspond to human emotions or feelings, on the contrary, emphasis is placed on transforming man into a hybrid person through the fusion of artificial technology with biology. Thus, there is talk of increasing the capacity of the brain by inserting chips and also having tiny robots produced by nanotechnology with which the human genome could supposedly be modified to correct possible genetic defects or to slow down aging. With these achievements, it is also fantasized that hybrid beings would make possible long space trips that the human being would not support to travel to remote planets. If all this were not worrisome, we just need to be aware that much of this research has the purpose of modifying the brain of soldiers with implants so that they do not feel fear and are more aggressive and effective in wars. All of the above refers to alienating purposes due to manifest incoherence. On the one hand, they alarm us with specific problems such as the increase in world population, the aging of the working class, global warming, and on the other, the nonsense of prolonging life when the mistreatment suffered by retirees and the elderly is obvious. Unfortunately, the role of thought has been magnified, which although it has allowed the development of science and technology, also harms us by inventing ideologies that divide, whether they are from the right to the left or religious. Thought divides human beings because it works within a closed and isolated field that separates us with the I, the You and He. Humanity has no peace because thought also operates in an area where it is not necessary. It feeds on the past, projects the future and only alters the present. In that area, it can only generate ideologies that divide and create conflicts. In this regard, the philosopher and scientist Bertrand Russell, in one of his books where he deals with the problem of humanity, says: “Thought is time and must stop.” With this there will be a mind capable of discerning factual reality and will stop repeating mistakes. Therefore, if a correct meditation suspends the “internal dialogue”, which is a permanent and endless roll that we all suffer, it is likely that in that empty space of the mind, lies the secret of a communion with the mysterious mathematical order of the Universe at which we belong
