Letters from readers: loss of drinking water

On the cobblestone near the sidewalk, in Cabildo 3,853 passages (Los Plátanos neighborhood of San Miguel de Tucumán), there is a loss of drinking water for more than a year. Many complaints were made – they gave me the claim number, 4947937 -; but so far the company turns a deaf ear. This important loss has already damaged the pavements and other neighbors. It is inconceivable that, although many neighborhoods lack this essential liquid, it is wasted here. I make it clear that I pay my bills up to date, even a month in advance. I hope this serious problem is resolved quickly.
