Liberian President Receives Younes Sekkouri, Bearer of a Message from HM the King
Monrovia – The President of the Republic of Liberia, George Weah, received in audience, Tuesday in Monrovia, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, Younes Sekkouri, bearer of a message from His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
On this occasion, Mr. Sekkouri stressed the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to improving bilateral relations between Liberia and Morocco.
President Weah and Mr. Sekkouri also expressed their commitment to improving and strengthening the cordial relations that exist between the two countries.
The two sides also discussed mutual respect for culture and diversity that each country can benefit from the other, including development programs in the areas of trade, infrastructure, employment opportunities and human capacities.
During this audience, President George Weah handed Mr. Sekkouri a message addressed to HM King Mohammed VI.
Relations between the Republic of Liberia and the Kingdom of Morocco have grown significantly over the years to reach an unprecedented level. These are strong relations that reflect the fraternal ties uniting the two countries.
Liberia and Morocco continue to collaborate closely on issues of common interest, in various areas of cooperation and strategic partnership.
