Libya participates in African meeting to discuss enhancing work and employment

A delegation from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Government of National Unity, along with several African countries, participated in the fifth regular session of the Technical Committee on Social Development, Labor and Clients in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, which discussed strategies to enhance social development, labor and ethical employment.

According to a statement by the ministry, “More than 300 experts from various African Union member states participated in the meetings. This session was titled “Social Agenda 2063: Strengthening Social and Solidarity Economy Ecosystems”, and the discussions focused on topics related to the African Union’s policies in the field of social and solidarity economy and other topics related to social development.”

The participating delegation was headed by the Undersecretary of Development and Development, Ibrahim Kashira, and the social expert at the Ministry, Ali Faraj.
