LIC stake in deepak nitrite – lic increases its stake in chemical maker deepak nitrite to over five percent

LIC has acquired additional stake in chemical manufacturing company Deepak Nitrite. Thus, LIC’s stake in Deepak Nitrite Company has crossed 5 percent.

Earlier LIC had 4.977% stake in Deepak Nitrite. That means LIC held 67,88,327 shares of Deepak Nitrite. LIC now holds 68,58,414 shares in Deepak Nitrite.

As a result, LIC’s stake in Deepak Nitrite has increased to 5.028%, LIC said in a statement. That is, now LIC has acquired an additional 0.051% stake in Deepak Nitrite.

LIC has bought shares of Deepak Nitrite at a price of Rs 2074.49 per share. Deepak Nitrite rose by Rs 29.70 to close at Rs 2040 in today’s stock trade.
