Employers and unions want to see more clearly on how workers and their families are helped financially in the event of life accidents. Wishing to relaunch social negotiations after the adoption of the pension reform, the social partners have agreed to look into the so-called “supplementary pension” coverage from which employees benefit.
The subject is part of the social agenda just approved by employers and unions – except the CGT, according to our information. It was also mentioned in the agreement on the occupational accidents and diseases branch, found in the spring and signed by all the organisations.
