“Life is Strange: True Colors” is the fifth part of the series. In the game, Alex Chen finally meets her brother. But an accident makes it difficult for her to start a new life. A supernatural gift helps find the cause.

A mysterious accident costs him his life – Alex searches for the causes. Fortunately, she has a helpful special ability. This is the beginning of “Life is Strange: True Colors”.
The adventure is played from the third person perspective. Players steer Alex through the mountain town of Haven Springs, Colorado. They look for clues, talk to the residents and gradually get to the bottom of the big picture.
“Life is Strange: True Colors” makes feelings visible
In addition to the problems of a normal teenage girl, Alex has a supernatural gift: she can see the feelings of others and find their source. She sees sadness, anger, joy and many other feelings as colorful auras that surround her counterpart.
And she not only sees feelings in people, objects charged with feelings also give her clues. At first she defends herself against this gift, but on the trail of her brother’s life she begins to use this gift for herself.
In order to clear up the mysterious circumstances of her brother’s death, Alex speaks to the inhabitants of the mountain idyll. In doing so, she is repeatedly faced with difficult decisions, which of course have an impact on the entire course of the game. The decisions should be carefully considered because they have a significant impact on relationships, feelings and the possible resolution of the death.
“Life is Strange: True Colors” is the fifth part of the series. In terms of content, it ties in loosely with its predecessor. Some characters also reappear. The game is available for Playstation, Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch for just under 60 euros.
