The 1st mountain running race Liggos trail run 2023 is organized by the Cultural Association of Liggos “The Holy Trinity” on Sunday, September 17, in collaboration with the Municipality of Zitsa and with the assistance of the Association of Runners of Ioannina.
The program includes a 5km race and a 10km race, starting at 10am, as well as a children’s (6-12 years) 1000m race, starting at 11am.
In addition to the general category, there will also be age categories in both races (18-39, 40-49 and 50 and over). The cost of participation is 5 euros for the 5 km race and 10 euros for the 10 km race, while participation in the children’s race is free. A commemorative wipe, finisher snack, commemorative medal and photo material are provided via the race page. Those who have reached the age of 15 have the right to participate. For the participation of minors, a responsible statement is requested from the parents.
