The price of electricity adds a new decrease of 22% today, Sunday, which, added to the similar one of the previous day, leads to a decrease to 65.04 euros/MWh on average for regulated rate customers linked to the wholesale market. Therefore, good news for consumers who can save today on their electricity bill with several hours at almost free prices.
As for the average price of the kilowatt hour, as published by the OMIE, it remains at a daily average of 0.106, the cheapest time being the first hour of the afternoon, especially from three to four, with 0.034 euros/KWh. On the contrary, the most expensive hour is from nine to ten at night again with 0.165 euros/Kwh.
