Ahead of Light Fest in Sharjah, Light Village has started. The Light Village is being held to promote the Dipot Festival, which will be held from February 7 to 18. The Light Village is opposite the University of Sharjah City Hall with arts, culture and entertainment events, a food fair and stalls. There is also a play zone for children.

This year’s light festival will be held at Sharjah Police Headquarters, University City Hall, Sharjah Mosque, Al Noor Mosque, Al Hamriya Market, Kalba Waterfront, Khalid Lagoon, Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Deid Fort, Al Rafisa Dam, Beih Headquarters and New General Souq.
