Ligue 1: Fabio Grosso officially new coach of OL

It’s been in the pipeline for a few days, it’s now official: Fabio Grosso is the new coach of Olympique Lyonnais. The former Italian defender signed up this Saturday noon in the Rhône and will have the difficult task of relieving a club in great difficulty at the start of the season, OL being bottom with no victory on the clock after four days of Ligue 1 .

Having played on the benches of Sion and Frosinone, Grosso “is committed until June 30, 2024, with the possibility of extending his contract for an additional season” announces the club on its website.
