Saïd Chabane is no longer the president of SCO Angers, 20th in Ligue 1, already promised relegation and affected by various extra-sporting affairs. However, Chabane does not quite leave the ship he owns, since he hands over to his own son, Romain.

It is then stated: “On March 25, 2023, following deliberation by another Board of Directors, under the authority of Chairman Romain Chabane, Teddy Kefalas was appointed as Deputy Chairman. The latter will be in charge of the operational aspects. His appointment will take effect from April 1, 2023.
