Sylvie Meis likes to present herself perfectly. But now a strange and very unpleasant situation arose during a shoot.
Actor Ante Brekalo caused quite a stir on social media a few weeks ago. The 36-year-old claimed to be the new man at Sylvie Meis’ side. This revelation came as much of a surprise to the model as it did to the public. But the supposed love affair quickly turned out to be a joke.
Sylvie Meis was on the ARD entertainment show “Do you understand fun?” fell into the trap – with far-reaching consequences.
“In fact, the Dutch and partly also German press reacted very quickly and there were many requests for a statement or interview,” remembers Meis in an interview with the news agency spot on news. The episode in which the situation takes place will be shown this Saturday evening at 8:15 p.m. on the first.
Ante Brekalo was part of a fake photo shoot for a Hamburg hotel in which Meis was to be presented as a new prominent brand ambassador – including horrible make-up, blurry images and a love selfie. A first video of the TV fun can already be seen on YouTube:
“It was a wild and unforgettable experience,” reports Sylvie Meis in the interview. “I was able to laugh at the prank quite quickly. At the moment I didn’t think it was that funny. But when the ‘Do you understand fun?’ team broke up the situation, I was so relieved. I really felt myself there “It felt like I was in a bad movie.”
But why exactly? The 46-year-old’s answer makes you sit up and take notice: “I’ll be honest, when it comes to my appearance, I don’t see much fun. For me, part of my job is that I appear well-groomed and sensible on the outside. I have high standards.”
