A post from Cuban comedian Limay Blanco with which he asks for help for a “loved one” has sparked controversy this Sunday on social networks.
Apparently, thanks to that publication, the comedian “knows” that the majority of the Cuban people are suffering from hunger and misery because of the Castro dictatorship.
In the Facebook post, Limay Blanco posted a photo of what her loved one’s refrigerator was like, only with water knobs and no food.
“Hello, I need to buy to help someone very close to me, a bag of rice and a box of chicken and 2 bottles of oil”wrote the comedian, leaving his contact number for anyone who wants to help.

However, the responses that the comedian received, for the most part, were from Cubans who are going through the same situation in the midst of the serious crisis that is plaguing the island.
In that sense, Internet users published photos of their refrigerators, also empty, while they also put empty oil bottles, showing that the crisis in Cuba affects the majority of ordinary people.
“This is how most of us Cubans are. “So Limay, you are going to have to buy a boatload of rice and chicken for almost all of Cuba,” wrote user Mery Rodríguez.
“What a blessing for that person that you have the possibility of helping them, but that is not happening to them alone, thousands of Cubans are in the same conditions and it is very sad to know that there is no hope of getting better,” wrote another for his part.
