1. LAW

These bidding rules refer to the public Tender of O’Higgins University, hereinafter “Head” or “University”, the requirements for “The contract of one or more lines of credit in accordance with the Law No. 21,640”.

2. MEANING

For the purposes of correct interpretation and application of these principles, the terms referred to below shall be given the meaning established for each of them below:

3. DISCLAIMER

The purpose of this Tender is the agreement of one or more lines of credit, for the sum

a maximum of $6,000,000,000 (six billion pesos).

The prize will be multiple, and may be awarded to more than one bidder, in the following terms:
