After winning the Ballon d’Or, Lionel Messi this evening (Monday) completed a double win for the world player of the year award at the FIFA “The Best” awards ceremony held in London and became the record winner of the award with the eighth trophy ever. The flea was nominated in the category along with Kylian Mbappe and Erling Holland, who according to all predictions should have won the award.
