Last week, Police Commissioner Yaakov Shabtai arrived at the Bat Mitzvah celebration of the daughter of Knesset member and minister-designate Itamar Ben Gabir, which was held in Hebron.
The journalist and author, Lior Shlain, did not remain indifferent and responded: “For those who, in a time of stress, get confused between the emergency numbers of the police and MDA and the fire brigade, Commissioner Shabtai certainly helps to remember: policeman number 1 is 0. Simply 0.”

In the documentaries published from the event, the Commissioner and Ben Gvir were seen shaking hands and talking to each other. Shabtai is also seen giving a special gift to the happy bride: a book of Psalms and a prayer arrangement, along with a personal blessing from the Commissioner.
