Court documents charge that an agreement was “orchestrated were Riley gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son Ben Travolta” in November 2010. In exchange for her contribution, Keough allegedly received an “old jaguar” and a payment ranging from $10,000 to $20,000.
A handwritten note on hotel stationery and a screenshot of a text message purportedly corroborate the deal. The text message, addressed to Priscilla Presley, allegedly shows Travolta, daughter ella, and ben, with the caption: “There’s your beautiful great-grandson, his stunningly talented sister and your buddy John.”
The lawsuit also notes that Ben was reportedly named after Lisa Marie Presley’s son and Riley Keough’s brother, Benjamin Keough, who tragically died by suicide in 2020 at age 27.
