Argentine defender Lisandro Martínez had to be replaced with obvious gestures of pain in the match between Manchester United and West Ham, for matchday number 23 of the Premier League.
In an unfortunate move, the West Ham footballer, Vladmir Coufal, fell on the knee of the world champion, who remained on the ground in severe pain and with a worried face. His teammates quickly came over to calm him down and the footballer was treated by doctors.

The defender, who had returned to the team in mid-January, was replaced and was able to walk off the field. This was Licha’s fourth game after a foot injury that kept him out for the entire season.
