jpnn.comJAKARTA – Sandra Dewi’s husband, Harvey Moeis, has been handed over by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) to the South Jakarta District Attorney’s Office (Kejari) on July 22, 2024.
Attorney General’s Office investigators have submitted the examination files of suspects in the tin corruption case Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim to the South Jakarta District Attorney’s Office.
In addition to the files, the Attorney General’s Office investigators also submitted quite surprising evidence that was confiscated from Sandra Dewi’s husband.
The confiscated evidence includes 11 plots of land and/or buildings in Jakarta and Tangerang.
Then, 8 luxury cars consisting of 2 Ferrari units, 1 Rolls Royce Cullinan unit, and 1 Porsche unit.
In addition, 88 branded bags, 141 pieces of jewelry, cash worth USD 400,000 and Rp. 13.5 billion, as well as a number of precious metals.
Regarding the alleged case, Harvey Moeis was charged with Article 2 Paragraph (1) and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code.
Harvey Moeis was also charged with Article 3 and Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code.
