jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The tourist bus accident that occurred on the road descending from Palasari Village, Ciater District, Subang, West Java, Saturday (11/5) at around 18.45 WIB resulted in the deaths of 11 victims.
The victims who died as a result of the tourist bus accident carrying a group of vocational school students from Depok have been taken to their respective funeral homes.
Head of Public Relations of the West Java (West Java) Police, Police Commissioner. Jules Abraham Abast said that as many as 10 victims who died had been taken to Depok to their respective funeral homes.
One victim who died, named Raka Komara, was taken to a funeral home in Subang.
As of Sunday morning, most of the seriously injured and lightly injured victims had been taken by ambulance to Depok.
However, said Commissioner Jules, there were still three seriously injured victims being treated at the Subang Regional General Hospital (RSUD).
Regarding the cause of the bus accident, he said that his party was still waiting for the results of the crime scene investigation team which was planned to be carried out this morning.
“The crime scene investigation with Traffic Accident Analysis (TAA) was carried out by Subang Police traffic accident investigators with assistance from the West Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate,” he said when contacted, Sunday (12/5).
