“This policy of rotation, transfer and promotion of positions is in order to meet the needs of the organization and career development and to optimize the implementation of TNI tasks in the future which are increasingly complex and dynamic,” read a written statement quoted SINDOnewsSaturday (5/5/2023).
In the latest transfer, 172 high-ranking officers were transferred from the land, sea and air forces. In detail, as many as 85 Pati TNI AD, then 37 Pati TNI AL, and 50 Pati TNI AU.
Previously, the TNI Commander, Admiral TNI Yudo Margono, also transferred 12 generals to become the Army Chief of Staff, General Dudung Abdurachman, last March. The Dudung Army Chiefs of Staff who were transferred were based on the Decree (SK) of the TNI Commander, Admiral Yudo Margono, dated March 29, 2023.
“Based on the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/338/III/2023 concerning Dismissal from and Appointments in Positions within the Indonesian National Armed Forces,” said a copy of the Commander’s Decree quoted, Wednesday 19 April 2023).
“Decided: Decree of the TNI Commander regarding those whose names are mentioned in the attachment to this decision from old positions and appointments to new positions, starting from the date listed in column 7,” he continued.
The following is a list of TNI generals who will become Dudung Army Chiefs of Staff at the end of April 2023:
1. Maj. Gen. Dwi Darmadi, former position of Pa Sahli Tk. III KSAD of Sosbudkum Human Rights and Drugs Sector became Special Staff of KSAD.
2. Maj. Gen. Budi Pramono, old position Expert Staff for Economics of the National Wantannas Secretariat became Special Staff of the Army Chiefs of Staff in the framework of Dik. PPSA XXIV Lemhannas.
