Lithuania has threatened Hungary with regional pressure due to Budapest’s allegedly revised position on entry into the country of citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus. This was stated to journalists by the head of the Baltic republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landsbergis, Day.Az reports with reference to TASS.
According to him, Vilnius does not intend to take unilateral actions, but can do so in agreement with other countries in the region. “The next step could be to find a regional solution, as we did before,” he said.
The minister believes that such opportunities exist. “I am speaking purely theoretically: for example, the arrival of people [в страну]The Government has the right to request consultation with other Member States on a case-by-case basis.
