In the third quarter, the picture did not change: the Slovenians led 49:36, and the Lithuanians could not break the course of events.
In the fourth quarter, Slovenia gained a 20-point lead, 71:51, and it became clear that the Lithuanian rivals would record their first victory.
The tall duo Gerda Raulušaitytė and Ugnė Sirtautaitė, both of whom scored 13 points, stood out in the Lithuanian national team. Sintija Aukštikalnytė added 12 points.
