The Russian Olympic Committee has released the names of all the athletes who will participate in the Paris Games, saying that 245 athletes were not allowed to participate in the Olympics or did not meet the requirements of the International Olympic Committee.
All 15 Russians in Paris will start as neutral athletes and they will not be able to wear their country’s paraphernalia, there will be no flag raised and no anthem played in their honor.
