Live images confirm Motorola Frontier support with 200MP sensor

The Motorola Frontier phone was spotted in the first live images that confirm support for this version with the distinctive 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor.

Previous leaks indicated Motorola’s plans to launch a new version of the premium smartphones that come with the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor, and today this version appears in the first live images.

And the live images published in China today showed that the Motorola Frontier phone comes with a distinctive large camera, which includes a Samsung HP1 sensor with a precision of 200 mega pixel camera and f/2.2 lens slot.

It is scheduled, according to the leaks, that the Samsung sensor will provide performance that simulates different sensors, thanks to the new deep learning algorithm.

The Samsung HP1 sensor can also support 2-in-2 pixel binning technology with a resolution of 50 mega pixel and a pixel size of 1.28 µm.

The sensor also supports a 4-by-4 16-megapixel pixel merging pattern, to produce large 12.5-megapixel images with a pixel size of 2.56 µm, and the camera supports 8K video recording at 30 frames per second.

The leaks that came so far have revealed some of the specifications of the Motorola Frontier, which applies to a 6.67-inch pOLED screen and a 144Hz refresh rate, and it also comes with a 60-megapixel selfie camera.

Also, this version is scheduled to support the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor chip, 8 or 12 GB RAM, and 128 or 256 GB storage.

Expectations also indicate that the phone comes with a 4500 mAh battery capacity, supports 125W fast charging technology, and wireless charging with a capacity ranging from 30 to 50W, and leaks indicate that Motorola Frontier is revealed at an event to be held in July.
