Exclusively for men, the discipline takes place on a handball court (40 m × 20 m) limited in size by walls and pits four field players and a governor to each other. The “five” life circle includes blind players (for fairness, they all wear black masks) and a goalie, who doesn’t have to be disabled.
Soccer, a dynamic handball
On an area the size of a volleyball court (18 m × 9 m), two teams of three face each other. At first glance, the panorama is reminiscent of dodgeball, made famous by the movie with Ben Stiller. But the birds on each side of the field testify to a completely different matter: the battle will go through the goals. 9 meters long, the entire size of the playing field, the cages are the goal to achieve for both teams. On both sides of the field, players will be completely blind, like blind football, the discipline is also reserved for blind players.
