The 2024 Malaysia MotoGP is the 19th series of 20 races this season.
Jorge Martin leads the standings, just 17 points away from the incumbent Francesco Bagnaia a.k.a Pecco.
Sprint Points: 12 (for gold), 9 (silver), 7 (bronze), then 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, up to 1 point for 9th place sprint.
Race Points: 25 (for the champion), 20 (second podium), 16 (third podium), then 13, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, up to 1 point for ranking 15th race.
Martin and Pecco are both Ducati Iron Horse riders, but with different teams.
