“The changes to Article 3 of the Constitution of Mexico City were only a legal harmonization to give consistency and align the local Constitution with the federal one, so there are no risks for all those property owners, as expressed by the Head of Government, Martí Batres,” said the coordinator of the Parliamentary Group of Morena, Xóchitl Bravo.
Likewise, the Morena legislator highlighted that the reform had the approval of all parliamentary groups, including the PRI, PAN and PRD benches; as well as Morena, PT and Verde; in addition to the Parliamentary Association of Democratic Womenand the Citizen Parliamentary Association, for which reason it was approved unanimously with the votes of the 66 local deputies.
