London woman murdered !! Killer and his wife appear in court !!

Husband and wife arrested in connection with the murder of a woman returning to Kilinochchi from London on the 12th. The Kilinochchi District Magistrate’s Court has ordered that the case be remanded until further notice.

The body of the woman who was killed on the 26th was handed over to her relatives yesterday (29-1-2021).

Meanwhile, the 22-year-old man and his accomplice’s wife, who were involved in the murder, were produced in court yesterday evening.

It is noteworthy that the two suspects have been ordered to be kept in remand till 12.01.2022.
